We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Category Manager to join our team at Novus Recruitment Limited. As a Senior Category Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of category strategies across multiple retailers.
About the Role
- Work closely with commercial and development teams to support future development projects and provide vital consumer insight into future market trends.
- With a flat structure, there is a real opportunity for exposure to the senior team and the ability to make a significant impact on the business.
- Customer-facing role, working closely with relevant contacts in the retailer.
- A chance to work in one of the biggest product categories in the UK.
- Gain a deep understanding of the category by working closely with commercial and NPD teams.
- Develop and implement effective plans based on data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.

About You
- Experience in marketing or commercial with exposure to development.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- A good communicator, confident and able to articulate ideas effectively.
- Ideal experience in customer-facing roles.
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritize effectively.
- Qualified to degree level.
