Key Responsibilities:
  1. Working in a close-knit Category team to support the delivery of plans and building a strategic relationship with commercial, development, and marketing teams.
  2. Be the go-to person for data insights and analysis.
  3. Developing a relationship with customer teams and stakeholders.
  4. Deliver regular category insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Creating compelling category stories and monthly reviews.
  6. Assist the Category Manager and Head of Category with exciting projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
  1. Degree education or equivalent preferred.
  2. Category, Marketing or Insights experience preferred but not essential.
  3. Extremely computer literate and proficient in data analysis tools.
  4. Ambitious and strong leadership potential with good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate cross-functionally and with external customers.
  5. Strong organisational and project management skills to assist with deadline delivery.
  6. Hardworking and passionate with an eye for detail and a strong can-do attitude.
