About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tesco. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring you are aware of all products and services available in store.
Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety procedures.
Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
Meet or exceed sales targets, achieving agreed sales and customer service goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Maintain accurate records, including sales data and customer feedback.
Participate in training and development programs, enhancing your skills and knowledge to meet the needs of the business.
