Autism Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to support pupils with a range of needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and other communication challenges. This role involves working closely with teachers and other professionals to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with special educational needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and other communication challenges.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a similar role or a transferable role.
- Confidence and dedication in making a positive impact on the lives of our pupils.
- DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
