About the Role
You will work closely with our experienced care team to develop personalized support plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual. Your primary responsibility will be to provide physical and emotional support, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. You will also participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as safeguarding, medical needs, and behavior management.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of £21,500 - £24,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits such as pension scheme, employee referral scheme, free life assurance cover, and more.
