We are looking for a dedicated Person-Centred Support Worker to join our team in Kirklees. About the Position
This is a 37.5-hour per week position, offering a competitive salary of £21,000 - £23,000 per annum. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality support services, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our service users. As a Person-Centred Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working towards a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:* Providing person-centred support to individuals, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being
* Building strong relationships with service users, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored support plans
* Working closely with our team to deliver high-quality support services
* Contributing to the development of support plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our service users
