Home Care Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team at Boothroyd House. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualised care and support to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
- Contribute to the creation of a safe, supportive, and inclusive living environment that promotes resident independence and choice.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care plans and ensure seamless communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Promote and advocate for resident rights, dignity, and respect, ensuring that their voices are heard and valued.
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable individuals.
- Experience working with children and young people with complex needs, preferably in a residential setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritising tasks and managing competing demands.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- A competitive salary range of £26,873 - £29,777 per annum, plus shift allowance.
