About the Role
As a Home Care Support Worker, you will be working with our dedicated team to provide support to individuals in their own homes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing and medication management
- Supporting individuals with mobility issues or other disabilities
- Building relationships with individuals and their families to understand their needs and preferences
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect individual's autonomy
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £11.45 - £12.45 per hour (dependent on experience), plus:
