Job Summary
Cygnet Health Care is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Care Worker to join our team at Cygnet Langdale House. As a Support Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviours that may challenge. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in providing person-centred care and support.

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £32,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals in our care
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and carers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
