Cygnet Health Care is a leading provider of specialist mental health services, and we are seeking a qualified Clinical/Forensic/Counselling Psychologist to join our team. This exciting opportunity is based at Cygnet Gledholt, where you will be working in a unique enhanced community residential service providing outcome-focused support for adults with learning disabilities/mental health.

As a Clinical/Forensic/Counselling Psychologist, you will conduct specialist psychological assessments, interpret psychological tests, and conduct semi-structured interviews, individual and group therapy. You will also consider potential risks and social needs of the client group, relevant to their diagnosis.

You will work collaboratively with the clinical model and VDP developing care pathways, risk assessments, and care plans with the MDT. Working as part of a dedicated clinical team, you will provide a multi-disciplinary approach to rehabilitation in a therapeutic environment where the focus is on maximizing positive outcomes and recovery.

The successful candidate will have a HCPC registration, experience in a clinical forensic or mental health setting, and preferably trained in complex therapies such as Schema focused, Compassion Focused, and DBT. A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience) is offered, along with free parking, free meals for staff on duty, group pension plan, NHS Discount Cards & Blue Light Card, and strong career progression opportunities.
