Job Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Lepton Heights care home. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing person-centred nursing care to our residents, promoting health and wellbeing, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and planning care for residents
  • Providing safe and effective care, including medication administration
  • Leading and managing a small team of care professionals
  • Managing challenging behaviors and promoting choice and dignity
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess a first-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will also have a calm and professional demeanor, with a commitment to providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
