Job Title: Vision Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Vision Care Professional to join our team at Specsavers in Huddersfield. As a Vision Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that each customer receives a consistent quality handover from our Optometrists.

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have prior experience working in an optician and must hold a GOC number. The ideal candidate will be able to manage aftersales service, including complaints and problem solving, in a customer-focused manner. Additionally, the Vision Care Professional will liaise with Optometrists to ensure that each customer receives a consistent quality handover.
