We are recruiting for Community Care Workers / Care Assistants in Huddersfield to provide person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, maintaining their health and well-being, and retaining their independence.


As a Care Assistant, you will support individuals with their personal care routines, including washing, dressing, and attending to toileting needs. You will also ensure they have grocery supplies, help them take their medication, provide warm and nourishing meals, and assist with light domestic chores.


New to care? Our comprehensive training will help you develop the skills you need to become a confident and successful Care Assistant.


We offer ongoing support and coaching, enabling you to succeed in this fulfilling role. While a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are preferable, we also have work accessible via bicycle or E-bikes. For more information, please apply now.
