About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Making Space. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers in delivering values-based care to individuals with mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and delegate tasks to a dedicated team of support workers
- Provide hands-on care and support to individuals with mental health conditions
- Support adults with various mental health conditions on a person-centered basis
- Administer medication and assist with daily living tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience of supervising staff in a care setting
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
