About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Transformational Support Worker to join our team at Inspire North. As an Apprentice Support Worker, you will be instrumental in enhancing the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges in the Kirklees area.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, rising to 30 days, and a contributory pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage clients through group work and one-to-one support
  • Provide tailored support to individuals with mental health needs
Requirements
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and numeracy skills sufficient to make accurate reports and written records
  • The ability to develop and maintain positive therapeutic relationships
  • Good interpersonal skills, including listening and displaying empathy
