About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in Huddersfield.

Job Description

This role involves providing person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, maintaining their health and well-being, and supporting them in retaining their independence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a local team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with personal care routines, including washing, dressing, and attending to toileting needs. They will also ensure that individuals have access to grocery supplies, help them take their medication, provide warm and nourishing meals, and assist with light domestic chores.

Required Skills and Qualifications

No previous experience is necessary, as we offer comprehensive training to further develop your skills. However, having a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred, although not essential.
