Autism Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Autism Support Professional to join our team at Teaching Personnel. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting children with Autism in a SEMH school setting.
About the Role:
- Provide one-to-one support to students with Autism, using your Team Teach training to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Work closely with the teaching staff to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Assist with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring that all activities are tailored to meet the academic and social needs of students with Autism.
Requirements:
- Team Teach qualified educator with experience working with children on a 1-1 basis.
- Previous experience of supporting students with Autism in an educational setting.
- Able to communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
