Job Description: The Special Needs Learning Assistant will work closely with teachers and other professionals to support pupils with a range of needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and other communication challenges. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support pupils with special educational needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and other communication challenges.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to promote pupil progress and achievement.
  3. Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
  1. Experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a similar role or a transferable role.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
