We are seeking an experienced and passionate recruitment specialist to join our team at Hometouch, a leading provider of live in care services. As a Senior Live In Care Recruitment Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business by recruiting, onboarding, and ensuring compliance for our live-in carer community.

About Us

Hometouch is a fast-growing company transforming the experience of people receiving live-in care and their families. Founded in 2015 by a NHS dementia specialist, we aim to improve the quality of live-in care across the UK, with a particular focus on improving outcomes in dementia care.

Your Role

  • Recruit high-quality live-in carers through proactive contact with prospective applicants, pre-screening calls, and video interviews.
  • Work closely with the Head of Recruitment and other departments to ensure the business is well-staffed with trained and compliant carers.
  • Maintain a high level of compliance, training requirements, references, and DBS checks in line with CQC safe recruitment practices.
  • Support applicants throughout the recruitment journey to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Consistently uphold best practice and be a role model for the wider business.

Requirements

  • A strong background in social care recruitment, preferably live-in care but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of backgrounds.
  • High energy levels, an ambitious positive attitude, and an outgoing approach.
  • Strong attention to detail in understanding compliance, references, and other key dimensions of the recruitment process.
  • An excellent assessor of competencies, personality, attitude, and skills.
  • Able to multitask and work on different tasks simultaneously and to deadlines.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
