About the Role

The Good Care Group Ltd is seeking an experienced live-in care support specialist to join our team in Ipswich. As a live-in care assistant, you will provide high-quality care and companionship to clients in their own homes, enhancing their independence and well-being.

You will have the opportunity to work with clients with diverse needs, including managing medical conditions such as dementia, stroke, and Parkinson's disease. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping them to maintain their dignity and quality of life.

As a valued member of our team, you will receive:

  • A competitive salary of £22,500 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Free DBS checks, paid training, and ongoing development opportunities
  • UK travel expenses covered, ensuring that you can focus on providing excellent care without worrying about transportation costs

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months' professional care experience in any care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
