We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Companion Care Specialist to join our team at Home Instead Senior Care. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and companionship to our clients. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including free Blue Light Card, Referral Bonus Scheme, Health Assured Helpline support, and Mileage allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer companionship and conversation to clients
- Stimulate and encourage clients through various activities
- Accompany clients to appointments and social events
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in care or related field
- Degree in Social Care or related field (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
