We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Companion Care Specialist to join our team in Woolwich. As a key member of our live-in care team, you will provide exceptional support and companionship to clients in their own homes.

About the Role:
You will work closely with our dedicated client management team to understand each client's unique needs and preferences. With your excellent communication skills and warm approach, you will build strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their care journey.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client's individual needs and preferences
* Collaborate with the client management team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients

Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months' experience in a care setting, such as live-in carer, domiciliary carer, care assistant, or similar
* A driver's license is an advantage, but not required
* Flexibility to travel to client placements within the UK (travel expenses covered)
