Job Title: General Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Ja Housing Ltd. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our venue, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service to our guests.
  • Oversee food production processes to maintain high culinary standards and compliance with health regulations.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in the hospitality industry, with a focus on leadership, team management, and food production.
  • Computer literate and able to run the EPOS system fully.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
