Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for the food industry? Do you have experience managing large-scale FMCG distribution sites? We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Area General Manager.
About the RoleAs an Area General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our site in Southampton. This includes managing the intake of products from suppliers, ensuring distribution to customers, and maintaining site standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.
We're looking for someone with a collaborative approach, excellent people management skills, and commercial astuteness. If you have experience using ERP systems and Microsoft, that's a bonus
Key Responsibilities- Manage site intake and distribution
- Ensure site standards are maintained
- Manage a team of warehouse/operations staff
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives
