Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for the food industry? Do you have experience managing large-scale FMCG distribution sites? We're seeking an exceptional Area General Manager to join our team at D R Newitt Recruitment.

About the Role:

As an Area General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our site in Southampton, ensuring seamless intake and distribution of products to our customers. You will lead a team of professionals and be accountable for maintaining company and regulatory standards, including BRC Compliance.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in warehouse/operations/general management within the food industry
  • Previous experience using ERP Systems & Microsoft
  • Commercial astuteness and a collaborative approach with stakeholders
  • Positive people management skills and the ability to lead a team

In return, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of up to £67,000 + bonus + car allowance, working in a dynamic and global leader in the food industry.
