Our community fundraising team plays a vital role in helping us achieve our mission. We're looking for a talented and experienced leader to join our team as a Senior Community Fundraising Manager.

As a Senior Community Fundraising Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of fundraisers and developing and implementing a community fundraising strategy that drives income and growth. You'll work closely with our supporters, stakeholders, and colleagues to build relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of fundraisers to achieve income and growth targets
* Develop and implement a community fundraising strategy that drives income and growth
* Build and maintain relationships with supporters, stakeholders, and colleagues
* Identify opportunities for fundraising and deliver results

Requirements:

* Proven experience in community fundraising or a related field
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We're a hybrid working organization, and this role will be based from home with frequent travel to our Sheffield or Glasgow offices. Alternatively, the role can be based from one of these offices.
