About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Team Leader to join our Glasgow Door-to-Door fundraising team. As a Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of fundraisers, engaging with people in residential areas, and inspiring them to support Oxfam through regular donations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of fundraisers to achieve targets and goals
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to engage with local communities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors and community leaders
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve Oxfam's fundraising goals
Requirements
  • Proven experience in face-to-face fundraising or door-to-door sales, with a track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Passion for social justice and a commitment to Oxfam's mission and values
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
