The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Community Fundraising Manager to lead our community fundraising team in the North, Midlands, and Scotland. As a key member of our fundraising team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to grow our community fundraising programme, driving income growth and supporter engagement.

You'll lead a team of six, including two line reports, and be responsible for managing the community fundraising operations team, who are responsible for mass market DIY fundraising, analysis, reporting, and fulfilment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a community fundraising strategy to drive income growth and supporter engagement
  • Leading a team of six, including two line reports, to achieve fundraising targets and deliver high-quality supporter experiences
  • Managing the community fundraising operations team, including mass market DIY fundraising, analysis, reporting, and fulfilment
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of fundraising initiatives and events
  • Providing expert support and guidance to fundraisers, volunteers, and supporters to ensure exceptional stewardship and relationship management
About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced fundraising professional with a passion for community fundraising and a track record of success in leading teams and driving income growth. You'll be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, supporters, and team members.

You'll be a natural leader, able to inspire and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results, and have a deep understanding of mass market DIY fundraising, including supporter journeys, data processes, reporting, and analysis.
