Community Fundraising Officer

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, driving community fundraising initiatives and building strong relationships with supporters and volunteers. As a Community Fundraising Officer, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing community fundraising strategies, growing income, and delivering exceptional supporter stewardship and volunteer management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement community fundraising plans, identifying opportunities to grow income and engage with local communities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with supporters, volunteers, and community groups, fostering a culture of collaboration and partnership.
  • Work closely with the Community Fundraising Hub Manager and Community Fundraising Volunteer Team Leader to develop and deliver a local fundraising strategy, aligned with the organisation's broader income generation objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring timely and transparent updates on fundraising initiatives and progress.
