The Role

This is a dynamic leadership position that requires a strategic thinker with a passion for community fundraising. As the Senior Community Fundraising Director, you will lead a team of professionals to develop and implement a sector-leading community fundraising program in the North, Midlands, and Scotland region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive community fundraising strategy to drive growth and increase income
  • Lead a team of six, including two direct reports, to achieve exceptional results and deliver sector-leading stewardship and relationship management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of fundraising initiatives and events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including supporters, donors, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains innovative and effective

About You

We're looking for a seasoned fundraising professional with a proven track record of success in community fundraising. You should have a strong understanding of mass market DIY fundraising, including supporter journeys, data processes, reporting, and analysis. Your passion for teamwork, leadership, and inspiring others to achieve exceptional results will shine through in everything you do.
