Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Charles Jenson Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive leads.
- Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, events, and partnerships.
- Maintain and develop existing relationships with partners and clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Research and develop new business opportunities through targeted lead generation campaigns and networking.
- Develop and pitch sales proposals to secure new business and drive revenue growth.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activity.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting the brand.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of business development and sales success in a B2B environment.
- Extensive experience in targeted lead generation campaigns and consultative sales.
- Strong business development skills, with a focus on identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch and sell to clients and partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
