We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Support Associate to join our team at Alliance Medical, Europe's leading independent provider of imaging services.

This role requires prior experience working in a healthcare environment, where the successful candidate will be required to provide administration and customer/patient support, including chaperoning patients and assisting Radiographers throughout the scanning process. Excellent patient care skills are essential for this position.

The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, flexibility, organisational skills, and an enthusiastic attitude. They will work 40 hours per week, covering shifts from Monday to Sunday, and be part of a dynamic team committed to improving patient care. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in patient preparation
  • Chaperoning patients during medical procedures
  • Cannulation (insertion of IV cannulae)
  • Positioning patients correctly on scanners
  • Managing clinical stock efficiently
  • Participating in clinical audits to ensure high standards
  • Processing patient data accurately using our E-Systems
