Job Title: Operational Support Associate

About the Role:
This role is responsible for providing operational support to our production team. As an Operational Support Associate, you will be involved in various tasks such as loading service vehicles, preparing work areas, and performing production processes under the direction of a crew supervisor. You will also be required to maintain clear communication with the crew supervisor and other technicians regarding customer needs and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading the service vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
  • Preparing rooms/areas for work activities
  • Performing production processes per work order per crew supervisor directions
  • Maintaining clear two-way communication with crew supervisor and other technicians regarding customer needs and concerns
  • Understanding and following safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
