About the Role

The Clinical team is comprised of healthcare experts from diverse backgrounds, including paramedics, radiographers, and nurses, working together to deliver exceptional support to customers diagnosed with complex medical conditions, such as cancer.

Key Responsibilities
  1. You will utilise your skills and experience to support our customers and their families during challenging times, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  2. As a front-line support specialist, you will communicate via email and telephone, focusing on the following key aspects:
  3. Participate in the customer pathway, reviewing eligibility for health policy coverage in line with policy terms and conditions, ensuring seamless support.
  4. Signpost customers to eligible services where required, providing clear guidance and support.
  5. Apply clinical expertise to inform decisions on complex treatment eligibility, including levels of care, hospital stay duration, and treatment options, driving informed decision-making.
  6. Collaborate with providers to ensure care meets individual needs and policy requirements, fostering strong relationships.
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and clinical guidelines to provide accurate support and expert advice, staying ahead of industry developments.
  8. Support business areas dealing with clinically complex cases through clinical case management, leveraging your expertise to drive success and growth.
  9. Maintain accurate knowledge of products, policies, and initiatives to answer queries accurately, consistently delivering exceptional service.
What We Offer

37.5 hours per week (8am - 6pm), offering a great work-life balance.
