Senior Care Coordinator - Taunton, Salary £12.91 per hour.

We are currently searching for a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Coordinator to join our team in Taunton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of others.

In this role, you will work closely with the Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring that individuals receive the highest level of care and support. Your responsibilities will include supervising colleagues, supporting the people we support, and contributing to the development of the service.

To succeed in this position, you will need previous experience as a Senior Support Worker, a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, and experience working with individuals with complex needs. Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and inspire others, and be passionate about delivering exceptional care.
