Resident Care Coordinator

About You:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Coordinator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to residents, while also leading and motivating a team of carers.
Main Responsibilities:
- To deliver high-quality care and support to residents, prioritizing their needs and preferences.
- To lead and motivate a team of carers, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- To manage resident medication, wounds, continence, and physiological assessments under the guidance of an on-site Registered Nurse.
What We're Looking For:
We require a minimum of 2 years' experience in a care setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care. You should have an NVQ level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent) and GCSE maths and English grade C or above.
