About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with our residents, supporting them through daily activities, mealtimes, and providing companionship.

Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for our residents, making a real difference in their lives. With no experience necessary, we'll provide all the training you need to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working from care plans to understand each resident's unique needs and preferences.
  • Providing person-centred care, respecting each resident's autonomy and dignity.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Salary and Benefits
