Job Title: Building Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Adept Services Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building services, including heating, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building services, including heating, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Carry out programmed planned maintenance and reactive maintenance as required.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Building Maintenance Engineer or equivalent role.
  • Strong knowledge of heating, plumbing, and electrical systems, including LTHW systems, CWS booster pumps, and pressurisation units.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to various locations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
