- Tracking daily sales and reporting progress
- Managing day-to-day operations and administration
- Collaborating with colleagues to identify new market opportunities
- Leading the sales team to achieve exceptional results
As part of the company's dedication to employee development, you'll have access to their in-house training academy and a rewarding commission scheme.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and grow Sales and Business
- Work closely with MAM software
- Ensure adherence to H&S protocol and business values
- Standard working hours Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in Automotive Branch / Sales Management
- Previous Motor Factor experience advantageous
- Willngness to work alternate weekends
- Easy accessibility to Barnsley
