About the Opportunity

The Lignum Group is looking for a Territory Business Leader to join their sales team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders to drive business growth across a designated territory.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a regional sales strategy aligned with the company's commercial objectives.
  • Promoting product performance by increasing plastic utilization among customers.
  • Fostering strong partnerships with internal teams to support and close roofing opportunities.
  • Serving as a key stakeholder in the development of the roofing sales strategy, collaborating cross-functionally to drive sales and service performance.
  • Maintaining high standards of operation, including call reports, CRM reporting, credit notes, and quotes.
  • Building and nurturing new and existing customer relationships to maximize account potential within the territory.
  • Establishing and managing a robust site pipeline to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyzing sales data to inform commercial activity while leveraging emerging technologies to optimize sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales background with experience in account management and business development.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
