Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at M3 EU Central Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to business leaders, managers, and employees across designated business units within M3 Europe operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, facilitating effective resolution of issues.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with UK employment law.
- 5+ years' experience as an HR Director or Business Partner.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience within HR generalist roles.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent language skills, both verbal and written.
The estimated salary for this role is £80,000-£110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days annual leave, participation in a company bonus scheme linked to personal and company performance, group life cover, pension contributions, and more.
