Office Administrator/Bookkeeper

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing financial transactions, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records
- Manage financial transactions, including invoicing, expense tracking, and supplier payments
- Process sales orders, allocate payments, and maintain accurate credit control
- Support customer queries, document requests, and sample requests
- Oversee compliance management, including health & safety, quality control, and BRCGS management
- Manage supplier relationships, handle logistics, and ensure timely delivery of goods
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
