Director of Growth and Partnerships

We are looking for a seasoned Director to join our Business Banking team. As a leader on the Commercial Banking team, you will play a critical role in acquiring new Business Banking clients and developing strong relationships with them.
Company OverviewOakNorth is a digital bank that serves businesses with £1m-£100m in turnover. Our focus is on providing bespoke business banking solutions and fast, flexible financing to support the growth ambitions of mid-sized businesses.
Key Challenges- Growing the deposit book of Business Banking
- Cultivating and managing strategic partnerships with Key Business Introducers
- Representing and building the brand of OakNorth as a Business Banking provider
- Proven experience (6+ years) in a Business/Commercial Associate Director or Director role preferably within the UK financial services or FinTech industries
- Strong understanding of business banking products, payments systems, and digital banking trends
- Demonstrated track record of deposit and revenue growth, building new and leveraging existing relationships
- Estimated salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum
