Personal Support Assistant

This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires a highly skilled and dedicated individual to provide holistic support to vulnerable adults in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Organising and facilitating evening activities in a therapeutic community environment
- Coordinating tasks and activities for service users, promoting independence and empowerment
- Providing waking night cover and ensuring risk is monitored and minimised through vigilant monitoring
- Monitoring and administering medication to service users, adhering to strict protocols and procedures
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and external partners. A competitive hourly rate of £17.36, negotiable for exceptional experience, makes this an attractive opportunity for experienced support workers.
