We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our team at Brook Street. As a Personal Assistant to the Bursar and Domestic Bursar, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, effective secretarial and administrative support.

  • About You:
    • You will have a proven track record of providing secretarial and administrative support to senior staff, with excellent organisation skills and meeting management.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support to Senior Staff: Provide high-quality, effective secretarial and administrative support to the Bursar and Domestic Bursar.
  • Diary Management: Manage diaries on behalf of the Bursars, ensuring any meeting papers are in their possession in good time.
  • Meeting Organisation: Organise ad hoc meetings, including booking meeting rooms and arranging catering and AV requirements.
  • Communication: Field telephone calls and deal with incoming enquiries as appropriate.
  • Correspondence: Respond to routine correspondence.
  • Committee Administration: Administer certain Committee meetings, including producing agendas and supporting documentation.
  • Maintenance Support: Act as point of contact for the Maintenance Support Committee, dealing with enquiries and passing applications via the Bursar.
  • Legal Documents: Prepare legal documents for sealing on behalf of the College.
  • Filing Systems: Maintain and organise filing systems, ensuring the appropriate application of College document management policies.

What We Offer: £35,588 - £40,855 per annum, plus pension and cycle to work scheme.
