Job Overview

RMS Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to HNWIs in Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary Management: Manage complex schedules, ensuring seamless coordination of appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Travel Coordination: Book and arrange domestic and international travel, considering factors like time zones, weather, and personal preferences.
  • Project Support: Assist with various projects, including research, data analysis, and document preparation.
  • Liaising: Communicate effectively with house management, other assistants, and clients, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Personal Assistant to HNWI.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.
  • Proactive and resilient individual who can adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Fully clean driving license, with a preference for owning a personal vehicle.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also enjoy a range of benefits, including a competitive package and opportunities for professional growth.
