About the Role
Sensecare Group is recruiting for a Personal Care Assistant Lead to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs, promoting independence and well-being. Excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care are essential requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support with mobility and physical activities, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Manage medication and accompany clients to medical appointments.
  • Facilitate skill development for independent living, including budgeting and financial management.

Requirements:
  • 1 year of home care experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • English language proficiency preferred.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is £27,500 - £32,000, based on experience and qualifications.
