Care Assistant

At Longlands, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will provide high-quality support and care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
We offer a competitive salary of £13.50 per hour (plus enhancements for weekend work and NVQs) as well as opportunities for career development and growth.
About the Role:
- Provide person-centred care to residents, including daily routines and personal care
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Work collaboratively as part of a skilled and enthusiastic team
