Product Marketing Manager

Thales is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive the competitiveness of their assigned product portfolio. This role is responsible for managing product lines, their products, and their evolution throughout their life cycles. The successful candidate will translate customer and market requirements into products and services with clear and differentiated value propositions to increase order intake and net margin.
Key Responsibilities- Lead analysis of market trends, customer needs, segmentation, and competition positioning to define market requirements.
- Develop effective marketing materials, including presentations, proposal language, cost and value analysis, pricing targets, brochures, and sales and bids training.
- Act as the primary thought leader internally and externally, supporting the sales team on the problems we solve and value we deliver.
- Develop and dollarize the product's value proposition, focusing on how to bring unique value and solve customer needs.
- Build strong relationships across the organization to drive product and service awareness and alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, General Business, Entrepreneurship, or related field with 8+ years of relevant work experience or HS diploma with a minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience.
- Solid experience in Product Marketing and/or Product Management in the telecommunications, media, digital services, and/or inflight entertainment and communications field.
- Strong analytical ability with proficiency in pricing, ROI, and TCO analysis, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
- Proven experience in developing effective marketing material.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
