Join TP-Link Systems Inc. as a Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Product Manager with 5-10 years of successful experience in product planning, definition, and management. This role focuses on product definition and roadmap planning, ensuring that our video doorbell products not only meet but exceed market demands and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of global users' home environments to understand and identify their real needs.
  • Develop innovative product features that enhance the user experience.
  • Perform competitive analysis to stay ahead of the market.
  • Define market-leading smart video doorbell products by leveraging market research, user feedback, and technology trends.
  • Develop product roadmaps and plan for product iterations and feature development.
  • Create comprehensive product requirement documents to guide the design and development teams.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams in both China and the United States to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
  • Proven experience in product planning, definition, and management, covering the full product lifecycle from concept to market launch.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results.
  • Hands-on experience with smart home products, particularly in video doorbells, IP cameras, smart locks, or security systems.
  • Strong technical background and ability to provide technical direction throughout product development.
